Cambridge Assessment & Curriculum head
Ritika Sharma is a passionate educator, aspiring workshop leader, Cambridge Assessment Specialist, and STEAM Club Incharge with over 12 years of experience across various education boards. With a strong foundation in science education, she has taught Sciences to Cambridge Lower Secondary, Coordinated and Combined Sciences to IGCSE, and Physics and Mechanics to AS & A Level in a reputed school. Dedicated to fostering curiosity and critical thinking, Ritika integrates innovative teaching methods to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.
Kajal Nijhawan, Founder
Kajal Nijhawan is a passionate educator dedicated to the holistic development of children. With over 20 years of experience mentoring students and teachers in India and abroad, her expertise includes teaching Ivy League-level courses and working with learners who otherwise found it challenging to cope with their strenuous academics. These achievements have made her one of the greatest assets to the DKODE community, with her deep understanding of how to manage and communicate with students effectively. As a Cambridge-certified facilitator, she seamlessly integrates technology and innovative teaching methodologies to create dynamic and transformative learning experiences.
Gaurav Sharma,
Chief Education Consultatnt
Gaurav Sharma is a seasoned education professional with 16+ years of experience in teaching and assessments. Specializing in Mathematics education, he has taught across CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, IGCSE, and GCE. As Head of Cambridge and Exams Officer (CAIE) at First Steps School, Chandigarh, he has led curriculum development and educator training. A Cambridge Workshop Leader and the 2023 Cambridge Dedicated Teacher Award Regional Winner, Gaurav is committed to fostering innovation in education and student success in collaboration with DKODE Classrooms.
